ADAM Smith is to return to Tottenham Hotspur after his loan spell at Derby County was ended by mutual agreement.
Smith was signed on a season-long loan by previous manager Nigel Clough shortly before the start of the season.
He made six starts under Clough and three under head coach Steve McClaren before losing his place to Andre Wisdom, who came in on loan from Liverpool.
