NEW loan signing Michael Keane says he is excited about the prospect of playing for Derby County.
The 20-year-old defender has arrived from Manchester United until January 2, initially.
He goes straight into the squad for Sunday's Championship clash against Wigan Athletic.
"I had been hearing rumours about Derby's interest for a while. In the end, the move
happened last minute and I am just happy it went through," said Keane.
"Hopefully I can improve the squad and help Derby this season.
"This is a massive club and it is a great opportunity for me."
Keane trained with the rest of the Rams squad this morning.
