ROADWORKS in Derby are causing problems for drivers.
As children return to school and the amount of traffic increases on the routes into the city the ongoing works at Markeaton roundabout are starting to cause problems.
There are delays on the northbound A38 from the Kingsway island down to Markeaton and knock-on effects are being reportedly felt on other routes in to the city, including the Kedleston Road and Ashbourne Road.
The A38 at the Palm Court island is also slow heading south towards Markeaton and there is heavy traffic on Sir Frank Whittle Road towards the Pentagon island.
