THE closure of Heanor's hospital and the future of Derbyshire's health services will be among topics discussed at a board meeting.
The governing body of the NHS Southern Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group will meet at the University of Derby's Enterprise Centre, in Bridge Street, Derby, on Friday, from 9.30am until 12.30pm.
Items on the agenda include the body's vision for future health services in the county as it tries to "meet the needs of an ageing population", a patient story about learning disabilities and developments at Heanor Memorial Hospital.
