1 - Celebrity auctioneer James Lewis has presented ten charities with a combined total of £60,479, raised from his world record breaking 26 hour non-stop auction.
2 - A Derby Telegraph investigation found that Derby City Council may be able to sell some of its £64 million art collection, including a £1 million Lowry, despite their being leased to Derby Museums Trust until 2018, but the council says the pieces are too important to the city to sell them.
3 - Derby played host to the National Winter Ales Festival.
