DERBY County match-winner Chris Martin knew his late free kick against Bournemouth was in as soon as it left his boot.
Martin curled an unstoppable 25-yarder into the top corner five minutes from the end of Saturday's Championship clash, giving former Rams keeper Lee Camp no chance whatsoever.
The goal gave Derby a 1-0 victory over the Cherries, keeping them in the hunt for automatic promotion.
"I didn't actually wait for it to hit the net, to be honest," said Martin. "I knew it was in.
"Sometimes, when you hit it, you just have that feeling.
"Luckily, it went in and we held firm after that."
