A LATE equaliser from super sub Patrick Bamford earned Derby County a 1-1 draw against Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.
Loan striker Bamford came off the bench to hit the winner at home to Brighton seven days earlier - and had a similar impact in Lancashire.
His excellent 84th-minute leveller cancelled out Rudy Gestede's opener just after half-time, deservedly earning Steve McClaren's men a share of the spoils.
Derby started the match brightly but the home side grew into the game and might have taken the lead in the 10th minute.
Gestede flung himself at Ben Marshall's free kick and his diving header was tipped over the bar by keeper Lee Grant.
From the resulting corner, Gestede's goalbound header was cleared by Chris Martin.
Moments later, Marshall fired a free kick over the bar from 20 yards.
Winger Marshall's afternoon ended when he was injured in a challenge with Jeff Hendrick.
The Blackburn man fouled the Republic of Ireland international but came off worse and, after being booked, was carried off on a stretcher.
Marshall was replaced by Derby-born Lee Williamson, while Hendrick continued, initially.
Jamie Ward fizzed a 25-yarder past the post and, at the other end, Tom Cairney was just off target with a well-struck volley.
Gestede was a proving a handful and his powerful drive, which skidded off the wet surface, was grabbed by Grant at the second attempt.
Martin's swerving effort drifted wide and Hendrick sent a half-volley over, under pressure, before limping off to make way for Will Hughes, who had been rested from the starting line-up.
Four minutes before the break, Gestede did well to find Williamson, whose shot was deflected just wide by the diving Richard Keogh.
Blackburn took the lead less than two minutes into the second half.
Derby tried to play out from the back but Matt Kilgallon pounced to find Jordan Rhodes, who was able to cross for Gestede to head home unmarked from six yards.
The Rams responded well and Simon Dawkins' cross somehow evaded Hughes in the middle, a couple of yards from goal, in the 56th minute.
Then, full-back Craig Forsyth fired inches over after combining neatly with Dawkins and Craig Bryson.
After 65 minutes, Hughes so nearly levelled, only to see his cheeky chip loop over Paul Robinson and clip the bar.
With Bamford and Conor Sammon on, Derby continued to press for an equaliser.
It eventually came six minutes from time, when Forsyth, Martin and Sammon combined to find the Chelsea youngster.
Bamford took a touch before curling a superb left-foot shot wide of Robinson from 20 yards.
Blackburn went straight up the other end and Cairney appealed in vain for a penalty against Forsyth before firing wide across the face of goal.
Derby might have won it themselves but this time Bamford lifted a right-foot shot just over from 15 yards.
