A PREMIER Inn hotel is proposed for the site of a former Derby police station.
Wilson Bowden is planning to build a 118-bedroom hotel along with offices and apartments, in Full Street.
In 2010, the developer was granted planning permission for the redevelopment of the police station site and the conversion of the former magistrates' court.
