NIGEL Clough faces the club he graced as a player, Nottingham Forest, for the 11th time as Derby County manager on Saturday.
His record of six wins and a draw in 10 games is glowing.
While Clough has been in his job four years, it is a very different story over at Forest.
The revolving door for managers at the City Ground means that newly-installed Alex McLeish will be the fifth different Forest manager Clough has faced in the last five meetings of the clubs.
The other four have been Billy Davies, Steve McClaren, Steve Cotterill and Sean O'Driscoll.
The big change at Derby in the past four years has been seen in the squad.
It was in need of a shake-up when Clough arrived in January 2009 and he has overseen a complete overhaul.
One of Clough's early games as Rams boss was against Forest in an FA Cup fourth-round tie at Pride Park.
Rob Hulse put Derby ahead before Robert Earnshaw equalised just after the hour.
None of the 18 players on duty for the Rams that afternoon are at the club now.
They are playing their football in different parts of the country, and the world, from Monaco to Mexico, Greece to Denmark and the United States to Uttoxeter.
And one of the 18 currently holds a managerial post at a local non-League club.
STEPHEN BYWATERBACK-UP goalkeeper to Chris Kirkland at Sheffield Wednesday. The 31-year-old has made only three appearances this season, all in cup competitions. His contract at Derby was terminated by mutual consent in December 2011. Wednesday are the 10th different club of his career.
PAUL CONNOLLY
THE right-back is at Leeds United but he has not played since April last year, having fallen behind Lee Peltier and Sam Byram in the pecking order at Elland Road. The 29-year-old spent a loan spell at Portsmouth earlier this season. He joined Leeds from Derby in the summer of 2010 on a three-year deal. He was Rams captain before the armband went to Robbie Savage.
MARTIN ALBRECHTSEN
PLAYS for Danish superliga club Brøndby IF. The defender was released by Derby in 2009. He returned to Denmark and signed for FC Midtjylland. Now 32, he joined Brondby on a one-year contract last summer.
MILES ADDISON
THE 24-year-old defender or midfielder is at Bournemouth. He joined the League One club last summer having spent a loan spell with the Cherries. He has played 22 games this season but he has been injured and his last appearance was in November. The former England Under-21 international came through the youth system at Derby.
JORDAN STEWART
THE 30-year-old signed a short-term deal with Notts County in October and the left-sided defender or midfielder has played 13 games. He left Derby in 2009 and signed for Sheffield United as part of a swap deal involving Lee Hendrie. Stewart had a spell with Xanthi in Greece and then Millwall before joining Notts. He has set a clothing label with his close friend, Manchester City's Joleon Lescott, named LescottStewart.
NACER BARAZITE
THE Dutch player, an attacking midfielder, was a regular starter for Derby in Nigel Clough early months as manager. He was on loan from Arsenal and returned at the end of the 2008-09 season. He had a loan spell at Vitesse in Holland for the entire 2010–11 season and then signed for Austria Wien in January 2011. A year later, he joined Monaco on a four-year contract for a transfer fee of 3m euros.
EMANUEL VILLA
THE 30-year-old Argentine striker, nicknamed Tito, is playing for Liga MX club Tigres de la UANL in Mexico. He left Derby in 2009 and signed for Mexican club Cruz Azul where he was a big hit, scoring 66 goals in 130 games. He was transferred to Pumas UNAM in May 2012 and in November he joined Tigres, scoring a hat-trick on his debut.
ROBBIE SAVAGE
THE 38-year-old is a television and radio pundit and he will be at the Derby v Forest game at Pride Park on Saturday summarising for Radio 5 Live. He made 137 appearances for Derby and brought his playing career to a close at the end of the 2010-11 season. He swapped his football boots for dancing shoes to take part in the 2011 series of Strictly Come Dancing.
PAUL GREEN
HE played 143 times for Derby before he joined Leeds United last summer. A knee injury suffered on his League debut for Leeds sidelined him for two months but he has returned to fitness and become a regular starter. He captained Leeds when they faced Derby in December, a game the Rams won 3-1.
GARY TEALE
THE 34-year-old winger is a regular in a St Mirren side who are third bottom of the Scottish Premier League. The Scottish international joined Sheffield Wednesday after he was released by Derby in 2010 and he signed for St Mirren in the summer of 2011. He played 104 times for Derby.
KRIS COMMONS
HE left Derby and joined Celtic in January 2011. The fee was believed to be around £300,000 and he signed a three-and-a-half-year deal. His record for the Scottish champions is 24 goals in 78 games. The 29-year-old scored the crucial late penalty in a 2-1 win against Spartak Moscow in December that sent Celtic through to the knockout stage of the Champions League.
GILES BARNES
THE 24-year-old midfielder is playing for Houston Dynamo in the MLS. He joined the American club in August after he left Doncaster Rovers. Barnes played 95 times for Derby and scored 13 goals but injuries interrupted his progress. He was released from his contract in December 2009 and signed for West Bromwich Albion.
LUKE VARNEY
THE striker has played 18 games for Leeds United this season and scored one goal. The 30-year-old joined Leeds last summer from Portsmouth. Varney cost Derby just over £1m from Charlton in January 2009, having initially arrived on loan. He was Paul Jewell's final signing for the Rams before the manager quit.
ROY CARROLL
DERBY are one of nine clubs the 35-year-old goalkeeper has played for and he is currently with Olympiakos in Greece. His contract at Derby was cancelled in August 2009 and he moved to Danish club Odense BK. He eyed a return to England and had trials at Sheffield United, Barnet and Preston North End. During his trial at Barnet, he helped manage them for one game, a victory over Stevenage in the Herts Senior Cup final. That came about following the departure of manager Martin Allen in April 2011 at a time when caretaker manager Giuliano Grazioli was on a scouting mission. Carroll joined OFI Crete in August 2011 and signed for Olympiakos in January 2012.
ROB HULSE
NOW back at Queens Park Rangers after a three-month loan spell at Charlton during which he scored three goals in 15 games. The 33-year-old striker was sold by Derby in 2010 as he entered the final year of his contract. He scored 31 goals in 96 games for the Rams. He helped QPR win promotion but has managed only 13 League starts for them.
MITCH HANSON
PLAYER and assistant manager at Evo-Stik Northern League Premier Division side Eastwood Town. The Derby-born defender came through the Academy system at Pride Park and was an England Under-18 international. His one senior appearance for the Rams was as an 89th minute substitute in a Carling Cup tie at Brighton in November 2008. He suffered a serious knee injury early in the 2009-10 season and eventually his contract was cancelled by mutual consent. He signed for Oxford in 2011 and played two League games before signing for Eastwood Town in September that year.
JASON BEARDSLEY
NOW playing for Uttoxeter Town in the Staffordshire County Senior League. The 23-year-old defender has had brief spells at FC Tampa Bay in the United States, Macclesfield Town, Eastwood Town, Stafford Rangers and Lincoln City since he left Derby in 2009. His two senior appearances for the Rams came against Blackpool in the Carling Cup and Forest Green Rovers in the FA Cup.
LEWIN NYATANGA
THE 24-year-old Burton-born defender is at Bristol City but has played only four time this season, having been sidelined for two months with a hernia problem. He joined the Robins in July 2009 and signed a four-year deal. He is one of four former Derby players at Ashton Gate, the others being Steven Davies, Stephen Pearson and Jon Stead. Nyatanga scored for the Rams in a 3-1 victory over Nottingham Forest at the City Ground in February 2009.
