MEMBERS of two teaching unions have begun two days of strike action at Sinfin Community School over plans by the Government to turn it into an academy.
Action by the National Union of Teachers and the National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers has resulted in the school being closed today and tomorrow to pupils in years seven to nine and limited opening for on-site for year 11 students and off-site for years 10 and 11.
