A YOUNG rugby player has collapsed during a match and later died.
Derby Rugby Club said the death of David Reid, 31, of Derby, was a "tragic loss" and chairman, Martyn Murney, offered his condolences to his family.
Police and paramedics were called to the club, in Haslams Lane, Darley Abbey, on Saturday at about 3.40pm. More to follow.
