A man accused of the murder of six children in a fire at their home is due in court today.
Paul Mosley, a 45-year-old, of Cecil Street, Derby, is due to appear at Birmingham Crown Court.
Jade Philpott, ten, and her brothers John, nine, Jack, eight, Jesse, six, Jayden, five, and 13-year-old Duwayne died after a blaze at the family's semi-detached house in Victory Road, Allenton, on May 11.
Their parents Mick Philpott, 55, and Mairead, 31, are also accused of the children's murder and will go on trial on February 11.
They denied six counts of murder at an earlier hearing at Nottingham Crown Court.
