DERBY County is offering fans the chance to spend up to two weeks in Kenya, where the club is building classrooms and improving youngsters' football skills.
Next year will be the fourth time the club has travelled out to the East African nation – and staff want a group of supporters to go with them.
The Rams Kenyan Adventure team will spend 14 days working at St Trizah School and Ungana Academy, based in the slums of Nakuru.
Fan can opt to go for either a week or two weeks and would have to raise about £2,000 to take part.
Paul Newman, from the Derby County Community Trust, which is organising the trip with volunteering group African Adventures, said: "Our annual trip to Kenya to support the children at Ungana and St Trizah schools has now become part of the fabric of what our Community Trust offers.
"It's incredibly rewarding and humbling for all the volunteers to experience such a different culture whilst offering long-term support to the wonderful children and staff whose spirit continues to amaze every time we visit.
"Furthermore, it is another wonderful example of how Derby County can reach and inspire communities, however far they may be away."
Next year's trip, from May 23 to June 7, will see the club help St Trizah school establish itself on a new site.
This will include building classrooms and a kitchen block.
The team will include undergraduate and experienced teachers, who will teach at both schools. Medical professionals will also travel to advise the staff at each school on how to improve the wellbeing of the students. Derby County coaches will deliver sports sessions to enrich the children's school day.
Faye Nixon, Derby County's marketing manager, was part of the 2012, 2013 and 2014 Rams Kenyan Adventure teams. She said everyone who went was so touched by their experiences that the club is eager for more Rams' supporters to enjoy the same opportunity.
She said: "The experience I had was fantastic. It was great to spend time with children who have nothing, but are so determined to learn and better themselves.
"It was incredible seeing the faces of the children as we donated clothes to them and showed them who Derby County are.
"I am sure we left Kenya with a few new Rams fans! I would encourage any Rams fan to commit and make the trip of a lifetime."
Supporters who sign up for the trip can choose how they help. As a reward, there will be an "adventure day" that will include a visit to the equator and the Lake Nakuru National Safari Park, which is famous for its flamingo lake and a black and white rhino sanctuary.
All ages are invited to go, although under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All aspects of the trip will be organised by African Adventures and the Derby County Community Trust, including fund-raising support.
