THESE two women are being sought in connection with an assault on a train that was bound for Derby.
British Transport Police say a 29-year-old woman was pushed twice following an argument on the train, which was between Cardiff and Derby at the time.
PC Jack Elmer, investigating, said: "The victim boarded the train at Cheltenham Spa and attempted to sit at a four-seater table where two other women were already sitting.
"Both of these women proceeded to shout insults at the victim and pushed her bag off the table onto the floor.
"One then leaned over the table and shoved the woman.
"When she moved away from the table and walked towards a different seat, one of the women followed her and pushed her again."
As part of their investigation, officers have viewed CCTV from several stations, including Birmingham New Street, where both suspects left the train.
PC Elmer said: "The victim was not injured as a result of this incident, but this was an unsettling attack that has understandably left her feeling very shaken.
"We believe the two people pictured here will have information about this incident, so it is vital that we speak to them both so we can accurately build an accurate picture of what took place.
The incident took place on Sunday, June 15 on board the 10.45am Cardiff Central to Derby service, but police have only now issued the images.
