A BBC hit drama which was filmed in Derbyshire missed out at the Baftas tonight after being nominated for three awards.
The Village, set in the Derbyshire Peak District, charts the story of a village from the outbreak of the First World War in 1914.
The series was nominated in the Leading Actress, Supporting Actor and Drama Series categories.
Maxine Peake, who plays Grace Middleton, and Nico Mirallegro, who stars in the series as Jo Middleton, represented The Village with their respective acting nominations.
The ITV series Broadchurch won Drama Series, with actor David Bradley scooping the award for Supporting Actor for his role in the production.
The Leading Actress award went to Olivia Colman, who also stars in Broadchurch.
