TOP scorer Chris Martin has been credited with Derby County's second goal in the draw against Birmingham City.
Martin's shot from outside the area clearly struck team-mate Craig Bryson on the back of the head and the ball looped beyond the goalkeeper and into the net off a post.
Both players claimed the goal but Derby have accepted referee Craig Pawson's report, which has Martin down as the scorer.
There is no dubious goals panel in the Championship, like there is in the Premier League.
"I think, officially, it has gone down as mine," said Martin.
"For some reason, the referee has given it to me and we have come to a gentleman's agreement (with Bryson) that I should be given it. As a striker, you have to claim everything you can get."
The referee's decision does seem an odd one, given that replays show the ball struck Bryson and clearly changed the direction of the shot.
"Was my shot going in? I felt it had a good chance of going in, although the goalkeeper could have got there, obviously," said Martin.
"The shot came off Bryso's head and that made a big difference to where the ball finished."
It means, according to the club, that Martin is now on 17 goals for the season and Bryson on 12.
"That's one closer to my targets," said Martin.
"There are a few targets I have got in my mind that I want to aim for. The most important thing is the next goal and where it is coming from.
"I know in this team I am confident I will get chances."
