PLANS to build up to 275 properties on green land in Chaddesden have been rejected.
The city council's planning committee tonight voted down the application from developer Radleigh Homes for land at Brook Farm, off Oregon Way, citing access issues.
Councillor Frank Harwood said it was "just not suitable" for vehicles from the homes to all be "spilling onto Oregon Way".
