POLICE investigating the rape of a prostitute in Derby are re-appealing for information two months after the attack.
The assault happened in the early hours of Sunday, May 26, in the garden of a house in Hartington Street.
The woman had met the man in Normanton Road and said that, as they walked down an alley, he punched her and hit her head with a brick. The woman said she managed to escape from him after hitting him on the head.
Officers worked with the 30-year-old woman to produce this image of the man she said attacked her.
He is Asian, in his late 20s or early 30s and of a short, broad and stocky build, with dark brown hair and wearing dark-coloured jeans, a dark t-shirt and a dark waterproof jacket.
Anyone who has information should ring the police on 101.
