A HIGH-VALUE car was stolen from outside a house in Derby.
The owners of the convertible BMW 3 series car discovered it was missing when they woke up yesterday morning.
They called the police who examined CCTV coverage which the householders have at their home in Westfield Grove.
It showed two men wearing balaclavas entering the property through the back door at 2.45am yesterday.
They searched the house and took the keys to the silver car, which was parked outside. They then drove off in it.
Also taken from inside the house was a briefcase, an iPad and iPhone and a ladies' watch.
A spokesman for Derbyshire police said it was appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
The car carries a personalised number plate.
